The Native American Development Corporation is seeking a consultant that can provide consultation services to provide a feasibility analysis for a propane company on the Northern Cheyenne Reservation.  Please send a proposal with proposed services to Native American Development Corporation.

The scope of work consists of:

• Cost Benefit Analysis

• Identification of Suppliers with costs

• Competition

• Cost of operational requirements

• Environmental issues

• Market Analysis on reservation in conjunction with Tribal Planner

• Identification of equipment, facility and other costs

• Identification of financial and /or funding resources

• Spreadsheet of projections
